Jenny Smith – Vice President, Sales
With 25+ years of experience in aerial photography sales, Jenny is known for her precision, reliability, and commitment to client success. She consistently delivers high-quality results on time, every time. A former pro water skier and now an avid snowboarder, Jenny brings the same energy and discipline to every project—and still holds the title of coolest grandparent around.

Julie Palermo – Vice President & Senior Photographer
With over 30 years of experience, Julie is a precision-driven photographer known for her sharp eye and unmatched work ethic. Whether capturing complex aerial shots or exploring remote locations, she approaches every project with technical skill, creativity, and energy. Focused, curious, and quietly fearless—Julie makes every frame and every moment count.

Andres Ramirez – Photographer & Visual Artist
Andres brings a fine art perspective and technical precision to every project. With an MFA in Photography from the University of South Florida and experience as an adjunct instructor, he enhances Aerial Innovations with a fresh, detail-oriented approach grounded in both creativity and craft.

Ian Foe – Production Manager, Photographer & Videographer
A creative force behind the lens and in the edit suite, Ian brings a strong background in documentary media and advertising from Flagler College. As Production Manager, he keeps Aerial Innovations running efficiently with technical skill and artistic vision. Outside the studio, Ian contributes to Tampa Bay’s art scene through museum installations and professional art handling across Florida.

Trinity holds an MFA from the University of South Florida and continues to exhibit her artwork across the southern U.S. Since joining Aerial Innovations, she has developed a deep appreciation for Florida’s diverse landscapes, providing exceptional aerial images tailored to each client’s needs.
