On Wednesday, May 15th, Bromley Companies hosted a celebration for their new construction project, Midtown. Although the area currently is consisted primarily of dirt, this event kicked off the beginning of their new project.
The company has plans for this 22-acre lot to hold office buildings, stores, and even hotels. Bromley Companies is responsible for the demolition, and Barr & Barr is the general contractor for this project.
The location is at I-275 and North Dale Mabry Highway, which has been an awkward space separating downtown Tampa and West Shore for years. Now, with this newly publicized groundbreaking event, these 22-acres have started to form an identity.
The event hosted many notable individuals, including Mayor Jane Castor and the Chief CEO’s of Bromley Companies in New York, William and Nick Haines.
Aerial Innovations is proud to be involved in documenting this historic moment in Tampa's history. This project will connect downtown and West Shore.
